(SC-CEN-14) Retrieve contextual indicator's ID from available models #131

In order to enter/overrride data from data-collectors you have to know the name of these data in the model (#s:GPL2, #d:MIT, linking...). The form to override these data should present automatically a field for each one of these data without need of going to "configure->models->(select one)->Model info" to know the requested indicators. If the platform is able to detect the requested indicators from the XML, It should present them directly in the "data-replacement" form just to allow the user to enter the data without taking care of knowing which indicators are needed by the model.
