Provide markdown-ised versions of Word documents

This would mean users could view the content from GitHub directly without having to download the files.

Arguably, binary files like this aren't a good fit for a git workflow in any case, so a text-based format might work better for various reasons, but alternatively markdown files could just be provided in addition.

pandoc is generally very good at converting Word docs to GitHub-style markdown, preserving tables, links etc.
