[Feature Request] Add Actions support for Inbox content

Description

I've noticed that the Actions feature currently does not support processing articles in the Inbox, which limits the functionality of AI summaries and translations.

Current Behavior:

• Actions (AI summary, translation) cannot be applied to articles in the Inbox
• Even when using the View action, it does not affect Inbox content
• Cannot specify Actions to work on all or specific Inbox articles

Expected Behavior:

• Ability to apply Actions to Inbox content, including:
  • AI summaries of Inbox articles
  • Translation of Inbox content
  • Support for both bulk and selective processing of Inbox articles

Use Case Importance:
This enhancement would:

• Allow users to quickly process and understand Inbox content using AI summaries
• Enable seamless translation of Inbox articles
• Provide consistent functionality across all content types

Suggested solution

Suggested Implementation:

• Add Inbox support to the existing Actions framework
• Include options to:
  • Apply Actions to all Inbox content
  • Select specific Inbox articles for processing
  • Configure default Actions for Inbox content
