Clear and concise description of the problem

1. To facilitate users in checking unread messages in a timely manner, the unread count is currently displayed in the Duckbar. However, some users may hide the Duckbar. It is recommended to add a “Notifications” module in the settings to make it easier for users to view unread messages.
2. It should also support disabling notifications for certain sources, i.e., hiding the unread count, providing more customization options.
