Incorporate new heat pump models

With the latest IBPSA merge, the ModularReversible approaches based on AixLib.Fluid.HeatPumps.HeatPump are finally in AixLib. As the changes are not backwards compatible, the old models will move to obsolete.
Furthermore, .sdf based modelling was ommitted in IBPSA due to sdf being non open-source.
Thus, I have to:

• move models to obsolete
• Provide conversion scripts if possible
• Write short tutorial on how to transition from old to new
• Convert performance data approaches based on .sdf to new format
• Adjust and provide examples
  Adress all other HP related issues:
• Heat pump model example does not run #1462
• Issues on heat pump condenser/evaporator heat flow calculation #1507
• HeatPumpSystem fails to check in OpenModelica #1347
• Refactor confusing names of heat pump safety models #1128
