Marker Labels Orientation issue

I am facing an issue with labels orientation, when I enable rotateWithView, they are aligned to paths properly, but the labels orientation is upside down.

If I don't use rotateWithView then the labels are not aligned with lines (paths).
I have attached images for both scenarios, I want the labels to be aligned to paths but also they should be orientated towards upside.
