In short, get the BASELINE sections listed in the Scoping Sheet ready to go for the Tennessee Spotlight Dashboard. A few things to look out for:
All data is actually available. We should go through the list of metrics listed in the scoping sheet and verify that all the relevant data is actually available in that state. Analysts and Implementation Engineers from State Pods should be responsible for this.
Adjustments to the supporting view might be necessary based on state-specific nuances. If methodology was notably changed (e.g., a new exclusion, etc), the details of the change should be added to the methodology for that section/visualization/metric. These adjustments should be reflected in the frontend (configuring the filters, for example).
Sections that are not valid (not applicable to the state, data is not available, or another reason) and will not be addressed should be suppressed. Within sections, filters that are not valid due to missing data should also be suppressed.
