The Control panel with the white bar is a bug with rectify 11.

the OBS window with the titlebar in light mode is a MicaForEveryone issue

File Explorer just doesn't work as expected with MicaForEveryone, so just disable 'Extend frame to client area' and 'blurred background' in MicaForEveryone Settings.
