This is to detect regressions like keylime/rust-keylime#794, with the proposed fix via keylime/rust-keylime#797

Previously, hostnames were supported in the agent registrar_ip option. A regression was introduced when the fixes for IPv6 were introduced in keylime/rust-keylime#765.
