Hi, I saw that iStat Menus (and also HWMonitor) wasn't seeing all 5 my fans header.
With IORegistryexplorer I found that I have the IT8686E controller.

I edited Info.plist file and add "FANIN4" on IOKitPersonalities>ITE IT87x Monitor>Platform Profile>Gigabyte>IT8686E under "FANIN3" and now I have 5 fans visible.
