Problem

Flux oracle is no longer operational.

Solution

Fix the FungibleConversionProxy by migrating from the Flux oracle to the Switchboard oracle

Detail

The FungibleConversionProxy using Flux oracle was never actually deployed because we realized the Flux oracle shutdown before deploying it.

Reference

A similar effort was made to fix the Native ConversionProxy
