[Account] Sulldiggs#NA1 cannot access the Riot Developer Portal

Account Information
Sulldiggs#NA1 is my riot ID. I have played many of Riot's games in varying amounts. I created a developer portal account with the ID many years ago to dabble, and never touched it again. Many years later, I have returned to attempt to use the API again and cannot. In case it is unclear - I can log in to Riot game clients with this account (it's the only one in use).

Issue Description
When I attempt to log in to the Riot Developer Portal, I am met with:

Your account has been disabled
If you believe this has been done in error, please contact us on Twitter, during office hours on Discord, or create an GitHub issue.

And thus here I am.

What I've Tried

• Log out of the Developer Portal
• Attempt to log in via "Incognito Mode"
• Clear your browser cookies
• Attempt to login via a secondary device (mobile or different computer)

Repro Steps

1. Go to https://developer.riotgames.com/login
2. Attempt to log in with my credentials
3. Be locked out
