如题，在使用24.2 24.3 文本编辑器时，右键菜单”取消注释选中行“功能失效。

Hi，经过验证，确认是汉化导致问题。

因担心其他的菜单汉化也存在影响功能的情况，需要考虑还要不要汉化，汉化多少，所以这个问题可能不会很快被修复
着急使用此功能可先使用英文版本 -> 官方原版的 CygUtils64.plugin(若是32位系统则为CygUtils.plugin) 进行替换。
