Animation Editor: Red Cursor Won't Move. #24

When I try and move the red cursor to animate at different time points; the cursor won't move. It just locks in at the time: 0.

Any idea how to reproduce this? If you update your editor does this still happen?

I just got a fix for it. Go to SETTINGS then click on "Cursor Snap Increment". There you can type in like "0.1" then hit "Okay" you'll be able to move the cursor.
