When manual takeover is activated, 120 msgs/second are sent to the robot (60 from AI, 60 from joystick). At demos, this is easily fixed by covering the top of the robot. Ideally, the AI should be able to ignore certain robots. This would also allow other things like commanding a robot to drive to the side of the field without putting the entire AI into drive_interface mode.
