Cannot sign into forums to download panels

It gives an error box with no message. Then I try to reset the PW and it says 'sending verification email' but never does. I can't register for a new account either. Basically, I'm locked out of every panel in the forums, of which there are so many I want to download. :-(

Bump! Also the same. Unable to register. The error message indicates that the username is invalid no matter what.
