Title: Verify language display in the resource panel.
Test:

  1. Set contentLanguage to source and interfaceLanguage to English.
  2. Open the resource panel.
  3. Verify that the resources are displayed in the source language (e.g., Hebrew).
  4. Set contentLanguage to translation and interfaceLanguage to Hebrew.
  5. Open the resource panel.
  6. Verify that the resources are displayed in the translation language (e.g., English).
