Title: Verify language display in ToC based on content language.
Test:

  1. Set contentLanguage to translation.
  2. Open the Table of Contents for a Hebrew translation text.
  3. Verify that ToC items are displayed in English.
  4. Set contentLanguage to source.
  5. Open the Table of Contents for an English source text.
  6. Verify that ToC items are displayed in Hebrew.
