As of now the PageFactory class inside the dot net bindings cannot be extended. Where
as the same can be extended in java library.
Also there no extension points available in dot net bindings so that a user can add
his implementations for ex. ElementLocator interface under java library.

It will be good if can make PageFactory inheritable and add some extension points this
will help users to implement their own implementations if required.

Selenium version: 2.44

This is an enhancement and not a defect. I cannot edit it as of now. Please change it
to enhancement.
