Update dependencies?

It seems the Nuget package has fixed dependencies to Fable.Core < 4.0 and some other restrictions in maximum numbers of dependencies versions.

Would it be possible to release an update to support more recent versions?

@Thorium There unfortunately does not appear to be any activity on github, nuget or twitter since June 2021 so I suspect the author may be unavailable. I am going to see about using Fable.Mocha for shared client-server domain tests and then see how far I can get using Jest without F# unless you've found an alternative fork or workaround that makes this library usable?
