android: developer mode

I would like to ask how to do (on android):

• enable developer mode: I found it in the settings menu
• open the cheat menu: how to do this with the android on screen keyboard which does not have the F1 key
• open the console: how to do this with the android on screen keyboard which does not have the required key

If it's not possible on android, I would like to request the cheat menu/console on android by using another way to open it.
