Bizhawk 2.10 x64 Win 10 Pro

Intel i7 4790k
16 GB RAM DDR3
Nvidia GTX 2060 OC

For unknown reasons, when the ROMs are in EU or if they are in 50 FPS, the sound is distorted and the game is slow.
Here is a demonstration video to be clearer. (Game is Brawl Brothers - Rival Turf! 2 (Europe) SHA1:3C613AAA25D26148FFD36E65A9696EF69DCE5D9F.)
At first, I thought it was coming from one game
After seeing this, I tested with the real Snes9x 1.63 software which works very well.
And then i've tested others games like this one and it occurs everytimes, if the ROM is in 50 FPS.

I've tested to switch to BSNES v115+ which is working but it doesn't work very well with the old BSNES core.

Thank you.

Switching to Audio Throttle and it gravitates to 60 fps instead.
