Export and import debateXML error

I've already installed tabbycat on two PC. But when i had one debateXML exported on one PC and was trying to import it to the other, i got an error like this.

And the xml file is followed (I 've tried other DebateXML of other tournaments).

This error occured under the latest version(v2.6.3). I got another error from the old version. So, i 've updated both two PC to the latest version.
