Switching networks causes an error and prevents video from being resumed unless cache is deleted

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Start playing video
2. Switch networks (Swtich from wifi to mobile or from mobile to wifi)
3. A network error occurs
4. Try to resume video, video cannot resume
5. Delete cache
6. Video resumes as normal

Expected behavior

Attempting to resume a video after switching networks causes a network error until cache is deleted

Actual behavior

Video resumes after switching network as normal

This error occurs every time I switch data sources, as in when I switch from wifi to mobile or from mobile to wifi. After this error occurs, I am unable to watch the video at all (on any data source) unless I manually go to the NewPipe options menu and delete the cache.
