Related to #611
Importing a JSON file into a household does not overwrite the existing items. For example, this import.json has been modified to remove unneeded default items. However, importing this file into a household has no effect on the item list.

The import.json file has no entry for "Baked fish":

But the household items continue to include "Baked fish" after import:
