We need to send Kafka messages to different topics for each Couchbase collection, Java collector has a config "couchbase.collection.to.topic", It would be great if we have the same config here.

Example usage:

"couchbase.collection.to.topic": "scope.collection1=topic1,scope.collection2=topic2"
