Add support for ENS (#137), so that user can test against ENS easily, example:

const [ens] = new MockProvider().getEnsBuilder();
ens.mock('burn.eth', '0xdead0000...0000');
provider.resolveName('burn.eth'); //returns '0xdead0000...0000'

or

const [ens] = new MockProvider().getEnsBuilder();
ENS.mock('burn.eth', '0xdead0000...0000',  {reversed: true});
provider.lookupAddress('0xdead0000...0000') // returns 'burn.eth'
