Versions: 3.10 and 4.x
Description
When non-GUI apps (e.g., isis2pds) have two radio button lists next to each other. There is no visual way to tell where one radio list ends and the next begins. This is probably true for check box lists too.

How to reproduce
isis2pds

Possible Solution
Instead of center aligning the parameter name (LABTYPE, BITTYPE) use top alignment.

Additional context
Labeled a bug because this problem was fix a long time ago in a galaxy... I don't know when it was re-introduced.

Just checked and this is still a problem that can cause confusion in the GUIs

That is the way this issue was solved last time. It looks better then what it did.
