Current Faucet Port is quite complicated

mainnet
https 8000 => nginx7000 (ubtc)
https 8002 => nginx 7002 (uguu)

testnet
https 8000 =>nginx 8000 => nginx 7000 (ubtc)
https 8002 =>nginx 80002 => nginx 7002 (uguu)

Settings should be matched to the mainnet.
