Describe the bug
Using the search function in the bundled Sphinx docs of a NAV install apparantly just hangs forever.
It seems likely the issue stems from the upstream Sphinx bug sphinx-doc/sphinx#8623 . NAV's requirement just states sphinx>=1.8.0, which seems to result in Sphinx 3.4.3 on test installs. Locking Sphinx to v3.3.1, as described in the linked bug report seems to solve this.

NAV version installed: 5.1.x or master
Sphinx version: 3.4.3
