Uxnds Installation leaves uneeded files on SD card #284

When Uxnds is installed from the Github, all of the installation options are inside one zip file, which all of the release options (.nds, .3dsx, etc) are extracted from. However, the release options that are not requested are not removed and left sitting on the root of the SD card.
