При генерации ссылки я указываю scope VK\OAuth\Scopes\VKOAuthUserScope::EMAIL, но ни email ни телефон ни одним из методов:

$response = $vk->account()->getInfo($token, []);
$response2 = $vk->account()->getProfileInfo($token, []);
$user = $vk->users()->get($token);

не возвращаются
