On the steam store page for 4D golf, I tried to full screen the video and it locked up my screen and started strobing.

If a picture is worth a thousand words, I can only guess how many words a video is (WARNING: FLASHING LIGHTS):

• This occurs on both my monitors
• It's worth noting that I appear to be suffering from after update steam client to version 1676680477 scaling being broken on pages (game library and chat) #9209 as well

Also happens on fullscreen YouTube videos in guides. (Mint 21.3 here, RTX 3050M, 144Hz FHD screen)

I am also having this issue.

Linux Mint 22 Cinnamon, GTX 1070 running in NVIDIA Prime Profile Performance Mode.
