  • Steam Logs: I have created them, but I am not willing to upload publicly - is there a direct upload portal?
    • I noticed in the webhelper.txt logs, WasHidden was oscillating rapidly on and off - changing ~320 times per second
    • in the steamwebhelper.log - there's a ton of AbortError: the play() request was interrupted by a call to pause()`
  • GPU: NvidiaGeForce RTX 2080 Rev. A (driver version 535.129.03)

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

On the steam store page for 4D golf, I tried to full screen the video and it locked up my screen and started strobing.

If a picture is worth a thousand words, I can only guess how many words a video is (WARNING: FLASHING LIGHTS):

  1. Fullscreen the trailer video on any game's store page

Also happening to me on Bazzite (UniversalBlue/Silverleaf base).

Same for me on Mint 21.2. It happens since some months, before it was ok

Also happens on fullscreen YouTube videos in guides. (Mint 21.3 here, RTX 3050M, 144Hz FHD screen)

I am also having this issue.

Linux Mint 22 Cinnamon, GTX 1070 running in NVIDIA Prime Profile Performance Mode.

#10597 - Same sort of issue.
