[Classic - SoD] Does not display any items for Tarnished Real Vendor

Is this NPC something I can access easily on a newly created character? Figured I could to try it out, see if it still breaks.

I managed to find my way to Booty Bay to check the issue and fix it. It should be fine next update if you visit this vendor, or any other vendor that was added selling Relics.
