Getting this issue as well with the google collab link.

The author has moved the checkpoints to Onedrive. You should check it.
If you still want to use Google Colab, you should download any checkpoint to your Google Drive (maybe to local device first, then upload) and mount it to Colab. Then, change the checkpoint path. I cannot find any guidance to download Onedrive file with Python.
