for winetricks.

E.g. user makes a request for a pkg named SuperSigmaSkibidi ; winetricks devs end up not being cool with that dependency. User goes ahead and hosts his repository.

Ah. An interesting idea. Winetricks already supports standalone verb files (packages), but doesn't have any way of getting them from a repository.

This would likely be a decent amount of work and require some re-architecture. I'm not aware of any existing repositories of verb files that would warrant working on this.

I'm not opposed to the idea in general, but I think there needs to be a demonstrated availability of alternative verbs to justify the work. Ideally whoever is maintaining this alternative repository would then submit this support (or at least collaborate on it).
