[HelpHub]: Update "Opens in new tab" screenshots

Issue Description

The way Link Control works is going to change in 6.3 WordPress/gutenberg#50961 and this is going to affect quite a few articles. The setting is going to be now buried under "Advanced Options" so we really want to make sure the docs reflect this change to minimize confusion.

To make it easier to maintain these updates, we will have one page listing all the features and linking to this page from all the other pages that reference Link Editing.

Thanks for creating this task @mrfoxtalbot We will be creating one central page #970 for all the link editing features and linking to it from the pages that reference "Link Editing". Can you add the list of page URLs under the heading URLs so we can get started on this task.
