Describe the bug
I'm fairly certain the Query Loop is not functional by itself, so we should probably hide it from the Inserter.

To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Make sure you have a block friendly theme.
  2. Go to the Inserter to add a block.
  3. Search for "query".
  4. Observe the Query Loop block is available.

Expected behavior
I expect that the Query Loop block be hidden from view so that it can't be added by itself.
