What problem does this address?

Users may not want every single page to render in the Page List block. They may have built a deeply nested page hierarchy. In one location they may want a full hierarchy shown, in others just top level pages

What is your proposed solution?

Add an option to the Page List block to limit rendering to only a particular depth.
