As you turn on the 'show bio' space appears even if the bio doesn't output as there isn't one. You can get this interesting effect:

Since this is in the context of the site editor, should there be some sort of lorem ipsum bio text so that users can visualize how it fits together?

Also, wanted to chime in that I also experienced this when testing 6.1-beta2 without the Gutenberg plugin. That means that this bug is also in WP Core at this point.
