Code block: focus is lost when pressing Tab key

Description

When pressing Tab inside a Code block, the focus is lost and I can't ident the code.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Open FSE or block editor;
2. Type a line of code;
3. Press Enter;
4. Press Tab.

Verify that focus is lost.
