Search Block: Style variation

It's a common pattern to have the button be next to the input like in the screenshot. We could have a block style that implements this.

The search block has an option to set whether the button is placed inside or outside.
(However, the element markup does not change, just the wp-block-search__button-{outside/inside} class name...)

Would this solve what you are proposing ?
