Search button overflow when using "button inside" at "width=25%"

I found more errors related to this issue

The Search button is not contained in the input box when the button inside option is selected at width=25%

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Type / to choose a block
2. Select search block
3. Change its button position using "Change Button position" setting to "Button inside"
4. Change block button width from "Setting" to 25%
5. Save the changes and publish the page.
6. For all screen width the button appears fine in the editor but not on the frontend
