A few things noticed after #7003 / #6998 and while working on #7058

The focus style of blocks with children blocks looks a bit off. See screenshot below (on the right) compared with normal block types (on the left):

In IE 11 there's something more to adjust in the block shape. Most importantly, the Inserter displays a horizontal scrollbar:
