When creating a new Gallery item it is not possibile to set the gallery's thumbnails size and no gallery settings are displayed. So Gutenberg will use the full size images resized via css, resulting in a poor page optimization.

Feature request

Add the gallery settings and the ability to set the gallery's thumbnails image size.

This seems to be a duplicate of #1450 where we agree this is a 5.0 task. If I can get a thumbs up on this comment in agreement, I'll close the issue.
