the bot doesn't take over its own broadcast very well

more often than not it just starts a new broadcast... forcing all suggestions to be dumped and listeners to be migrated over. This kills all history, queue, chat and suggestions. Dirty dirty dirty.

I think I know a bit about why this is happening. I'll report back when I have more information. Frankly the entire mechanism used to bootstrap the plugin is kind of shakey. It probably could use a refactor to use the best-practices from google for content script loading and pulling in configuration options.

This could also open up more config options that can change without a reload.
