Currently, a currency conversion (Payment transaction with Account=Destionation) fails if the trustline for the currency after conversion (Amount) is not set.

In this case, the recipient of the Payment is the sender of the transaction, and there is no problem in setting the trustline automatically.

I think it has the same meaning as CheckCashMakesTrustLine.
