Mogan Version

1.2.9.7

Operating System Version and Architecture

Windows 10

Describe Bug

The output format detection in the command line is broken. When I run

mogan -c HW.tm HW.tex -q

the result is a tex file that has no tex markup but just plain text. If I do "export" from the GUI menu, it works fine.

Expected Behavior

The program should be able to detect that the output should be a tex file.
