v1.3.0: Auto mouse layer support

I creaed a new release of Keyball firmwares v1.3.0

It comes with...

• Auto mouse layer support
• Show pressing keys
• OLED contents brush up
• Remove most of RGBLIGHT effects from "via" firmwares

This release include new configuration to upload SROM to optical sensor.

It turns out that without SROM, the optical sensor only supports up to 3500CPI.
If you want to use higher CPI (like 12000!), this new setting will help you.

However, please note that using this will increase the firmware size by 4KB.
