Description

In order to create a stable frontend it was decided to use NEXT.js, this issue includes the setup of an initial empty NEXT.js app which enables the frontend developers to start with the creation of the components and pages.

To discuss

  • Is there a default template for pages or components we can use?
  • Should we duplicate some of the Russian gas code?

Acceptance criteria

  • There is starter NEXT.js setup
  • All npm commands work for development, building and testing
